In October, parents in Florida filed a lawsuit against their gender confused daughter’s middle school and board because the administrators had moved forward with sexually transitioning their child without their knowledge or permission. This may seem shocking, but education and activist groups have stated clearly that parents are a liability to students if they do not immediately affirm gender confusion.
